Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on used personal care, wellness, beauty, or self-care items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, processing may already have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
